At Jelliby, a digital strategy consultancy, we are looking to incorporate a Digital Consultant to strengthen our team in Barcelona.

We are looking for a profile with a business background (Business Administration and Management or similar) and a strong interest in the digital and technological environment, who wants to develop an hybrid role combining strategy and execution in challenging digital projects with a real impact on the business.

You will work with multiple large and relevant clients in their respective sectors, in both B2B and B2C environments.

The role

This is a position with progressive responsibility in the management of digital projects, combining strategic definition with execution and monitoring.

You will work autonomously day-to-day, making decisions within the scope of the project and in coordination with a Project Owner.

You will be responsible for aligning multidisciplinary teams (UX, technology, marketing, data), ensuring the correct execution of projects, without direct team management, focusing on the quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and compliance with project objectives (timing, scope, and profitability).

You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-sector environment, with exposure to different business models, digital challenges, and levels of digital maturity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital consulting.
  • Training in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar.
  • High level of English.
  • Knowledge and experience in:
    • Digital strategy
    • Digital analytics
    • UX
    • Valuable experience in other digital areas such as SEO or SEM.
  • Experience in web environments and digital ecosystems

Functions

  • Participate in the integral management of projects:
    • Definition of approach.
    • Monitoring and progress control.
    • Management of client expectations.
    • Identification and resolution of risks.
    • Coordination of suppliers and profitability control.
    • Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, understanding the needs of different stakeholders and translating them into viable digital solutions within the client's ecosystem.
  • Define and develop commercial proposals and strategic deliverables.
  • Lead meetings with clients and coordinate communication between the different parties involved.
  • Structure and present proposals, analyses, and results clearly, business-oriented, and adapted to different stakeholders.
  • Support business development initiatives.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining focus on priorities.
