What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team, with solid experience, strategic vision and a passion for creating meaningful digital experiences.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of digital experiences and products (research, conceptualization, wireframes, prototyping and visual design).
  • Translate business and user needs into clear, usable and attractive solutions.
  • Work closely with digital product, development and business teams.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in design thinking dynamics, workshops and co-creation sessions.
  • Defend design decisions based on data, research and best practices.
  • Ensure visual and experiential consistency by following design systems.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital environments.
  • Experience working in consultancy, agency settings or complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong command of tools such as Figma (or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of UX Research, information architecture and interaction design.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Interest in digital innovation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish, Catalan and English.
