A new portal to align MM Group’s digital strategy

As part of its digital transformation roadmap, MM Group asked us to lead the project to launch their new website, which would unify their three existing sites (corporate, BU Packaging, and BU Board & Paper) into a single one. The aim was to improve their positioning, streamline communication across all company units globally, enhance the user experience (UX), and align the website’s identity with the company’s new guidelines.

What we did

_We conducted several workshops with the company’s various stakeholders to gather their concerns, needs, and objectives for each section of the website.
_We built an extensive sitemap, which served as the starting point for a comprehensive design based on blocks tailored to the different communication needs.
_We developed a detailed SEO strategy and managed the upload of content in English and German for all sections of the new website.

We launched a new website in line with MM Group’s strategy.
