Petits amb llum

Bridging digital strategy, design and development to illuminate the perinatal bereavement journey

The purpose of this project was not only to improve Petits amb llum digital presence, but also to contribute in a meaningful way to a cause that deserves greater visibility and support.

We sought to create a digital strategy that would not only enhance their impact, but also help bereaved families find a safe and accessible space.

From the design to the optimization of their website, everything was thought out to help creating an effective user experience and helping to connect the association with those who need it most.

What we have done

  • Focus group: To obtain a direct view of the perspectives, experiences, motivations, fears and challenges of the association’s main audiences, interviews were conducted with two key profiles: health professionals, as well as professionals from various companies, foundations and communication agencies.
  • Roadmap: Focused on strengthening its value proposition, community, channels and content to generate impact and visibility.
  • Look & feel: The redesign of the Petits amb llum website not only seeks to convey warmth and closeness through graphic elements and a soft color palette, but also to provide the association with a unique, professional and distinguishable image, creating a safe and recognizable space for bereaved families.
  • New narrative: The new narrative seeks to raise awareness about perinatal bereavement that encompasses the whole of society, to promote accompaniment without shame or misunderstanding. The message emphasizes love and hope in death and grief, inviting everyone to be agents of change and reinforcing the link of the association with a claim such as “Let’s turn on the light”.

The result

Improve their online presence by implementing a digital strategy focused on:

  • Creation of a unique and recognizable look & feel.
  • Creation of a new optimized website that reaches all target audiences of the association.
  • Creation of a storytelling according to the mission and vision of Petits amb llum.
