The purpose of this project, within the Jelliby4Action 2024 initiative, was not only to improve Petits amb Llum digital presence, but also to contribute in a meaningful way to a cause that deserves greater visibility and support.

What we did

We sought to create a digital strategy that would not only enhance their impact, but also help bereaved families find a safe and accessible space.

_Focus group: Interviews with two key profiles—healthcare professionals and business sector professionals—to understand their perspectives, experiences, and challenges.
_Roadmap: Focused on strengthening value proposition, community, channels, and content to achieve greater impact.
_Look & feel: Website redesign to convey warmth and closeness with a more professional image, offering an effective user experience that connects the association with those who need it most.
_New narrative: Raising awareness about perinatal grief, promoting a stigma-free support system that involves society as a whole, with a message of love, hope, and change: “Let’s light up the way.”

The result

Enhanced online presence through the implementation of a digital strategy focused on:

_Creating a unique and recognizable look & feel.
_Developing a new optimized website to reach all target audiences of the association.
_Defining a new storytelling aligned with the mission and vision of Petits amb llum.
